Charterbend is not Renasant Bank
This is a publication about a bank, not the bank. Charterbend holds no accounts, has no access to any account, cannot see a balance, cannot move money, cannot reissue a card, cannot reset a password, and cannot help with a loan, a branch, a fee, a dispute, or anything else to do with banking. Nothing here is a banking service, and nothing here ever will be.
The bank reports its own web address to the FDIC institution register, and for certificate 12437 the register records it as www.renasant.com. That is where the bank’s own published channels are. Anyone who arrived here looking for the bank itself needs nothing else from this page.

The number and the box are placeholders
The telephone number above sits inside the block the North American Numbering Plan administrator reserves for fictitious, non-working numbers, so it will never ring. The post-office box has not been taken out. Both are placeholders, along with the publisher and the four names on the masthead, and all of them are replaced before this site is used commercially. Until then, the form below and the electronic addresses are the only routes that are meant to work.
